Our Improvement Approach
All schools can benefit from various standardised assurance and monitoring activities, including Peer-to-Peer School Reviews, Trust Executive scrutiny activities, school collaborative networks, and leadership development programmes for experienced and aspiring leaders. These activities help shape school improvement and give the Trust a deeper understanding of the strengths and capabilities across all schools.
However, we also recognise the importance of tailored support and approach it the same way we support our children.
